General conditions of use of the website:

By accessing and using this site, you automatically agree to all of the terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site. The following site is managed by Meet Locals, the organizing travel agency, registered with the Trade Register under no. J 13/1299/2021, CIF 44134748.

MeetLocals is a unique platform in Romania, an innovative project meant to promote local experiences and activities, using the latest technology. The Services are accessible and can be purchased by making a reservation ("Reservation") on the website https://meetlocals.ro/ ("Website") and on any other sites through which Meet Locals makes the Services available ("Site"). s ”).

Meet Locals reserves the right to change rates, products, and other terms and conditions on the www.meetlocals.ro website without notice. An exception will be made for already completed and confirmed bookings made for a future date; in this case, users will be notified either electronically or by other available means of such changes.

The travel contract is established between the Partner and Meet Locals. The contract is valid from the moment the booking confirmation is sent to you.

Terms and conditions of use:
• Users are obliged to comply with the laws and regulations applied in Romania;
•Users are responsible for informing all other traveling parties about the content of the terms and conditions on the site.
• Users agree to be legally bound by the Privacy Policy
• Users are not allowed to use the content of the site for commercial purposes. Any request for republishing or redistributing the content will be addressed to the agency at office@meetlocals.ro
• Users guarantee that they will not use the website for speculative purposes, such as generating false or fraudulent reservations that could cause material or image damage to the agency.

Reservations:
Reservations are required for all services provided by the agency. Reservations will be made online by accessing our website or by contacting us by phone at 0734 986 289 or by e-mail at office@meetlocals.ro. For the reservation to be valid, the customer must provide the following information:

• the full name of the main passenger and the number of participants
• date of booking and name of the chosen program

If the required information is incorrect or complete, the agency will not consider the reservation.
By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to initiate legal action.
By your consent, by booking services with us, personal data and other information provided by you will be used and processed by Meet Locals and our Partners for the generation of legal documents and communication with you in accordance with the legal system of Romania.

Reservation confirmation:
For successful bookings, our company will send you a confirmation email. Please read carefully, as they contain important information about the reserved services. If you have not received your confirmation message, please check your email messages or spam, and if you do not have them, please call us.

Rates and discounts:
Rates for all services provided by Meet Locals do not include additional taxes, fees and surcharges. Additional costs such as personal expenses or photo and video fees are not included in the rates.
Groups of five or more people have special rates. Discounts do not accrue and do not apply to other promotions or special offers.
No discounts requested during tours will apply.

Payment methods:
For all reservations made on our website, payment is made by payment order signed by the beneficiary's bank, cash, card, bank transfer according to the collaboration contract. 

Cancellation policies:
All cancellation requests must be sent to the e-mail: office@meetlocals.ro. Cancellation requests made by phone will not be accepted.
Cancellation is free of charge when requested 24 hours before the event. If the cancellation is made after this period or in case of no-show, the penalty will be equal to the value of the reserved activity. If other cancellation conditions are established, depending on each activity, it will be mentioned in the description of the activity.
In case of cancellation or changes made to the trips by the operator, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. In case of cancellation or modification of the services, you will be offered the option to change the date of the activity, to choose another activity or to benefit from a 100% refund of the amount already paid.

Pick-up and return points:
It is mandatory to be at the boarding place at least 10 minutes before the start of the activity.

The start time of the tours may be different from the standard time displayed on the site, and the agency reserves the right to re-establish boarding points under the influence of external factors (boulevards closed due to various public actions such as events or marathons).

Customers must be at the place of embarkation at least 10 minutes before the start of the activity. If the tourists are delayed more than 5 minutes from the set time, the tour is canceled without the possibility of refunding the amount already paid.

Transport:
Please note that it is not possible to reserve seats before the start of the tour so the vehicle will be filled according to the premise "first come - first served".
For the protection of customers, smoking, the consumption of alcohol and prohibited substances inside vehicles is strictly prohibited and is punishable under applicable law.
Please note that vehicles are not equipped for people with special needs.

Terms and conditions:
The agency does not take responsibility for lost or forgotten things. We can't guarantee to find the lost items, but if they are found and you want us to send them to a specific address, you will bear the cost of shipping.
During the breaks on the tour route, please note the departure time so that if you are not present, the driver cannot wait, risking postponing the program. 
If you miss the departure of the bus during the tour, it is not possible to return the amount already paid, and the agency has no duty to offer you another way to continue the tour. You will have to reschedule your tour or find another means of transportation that will take you to the next stop of the bus at your own expense. 
The agency is not responsible for program changes or accessibility of tourist attractions brought by the local administration. 
The agency does not take responsibility for things forgotten by customers in restaurants, hotels or visited sites.
